Whether your hair is long, short, or any length in between, “sassy” is the style of choice this season. Waves are making a strong comeback for the warmer months ahead. The hair is free and flowing — no “coif” is perfectly styled or sprayed heavily. The layers and curls are touchable and wind-friendly. Summer is a time to play hard but still look fabulous.
